Grading and packing

BhagwaGaneshReeferAir freight

We grade on colour break and calibre rather than weight alone, because a box that looks uneven on opening costs you the repeat order. Fruit is counted to the box, packed with foam nets and corner protection so the crown survives handling, and lidded cartons are palletised to your market's pallet spec.

How it travels

Field heat comes out before anything is palletised. Pomegranate is forgiving compared with soft fruit, but it bruises at the crown and splits if humidity swings, so the reefer set point and vent position go on the booking rather than being left to the terminal. Gulf transits typically run three to five days from an Indian west-coast port.
