Before you write
Do you ship trial quantities?
Yes. Most new buyers start with one container or a single air consignment, and we would rather you did.
Which documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and bill of lading or airway bill, plus any market-specific attestation you need.
Can you pack under our brand?
Yes — cartons, liners, labels and barcodes to your artwork, subject to your market's labelling rules.
What payment terms do you work on?
Terms are agreed per buyer and per line. Tell us what you are used to and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
Which lines do you export?
Five core lines: pomegranate, green and red chilli, husked coconut, Cavendish banana and suran. Beyond those we source to order across fresh fruit and vegetables — onion, ginger, drumstick, okra and curry leaf among them. If what you need is not listed, ask.
Which incoterms do you quote on?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP. Tell us which you normally work on and we will quote to it. If you are not sure which fits, say so on the form and we will talk it through rather than guess.
How long is the transit?
Short Gulf transits typically run three to five days. Everything else depends on the port pair and the sailing, so we quote transit alongside price rather than give you a number that will not hold.
How is the cold chain protected?
Five stages, each one there to protect shelf life: sourcing at the farm gate, grading and packing, pre-cooling and cold store, documents and clearance, then sailing and handover. Every consignment is filmed before the doors close.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We come back with pricing, packing options and the first sailing that fits. Once a consignment is booked you get the sailing confirmation, and any schedule change, as we get it.
Who will I be dealing with?
One of the partners, start to finish. You talk to the person who bought the fruit — not a desk that passes your file along.
What to include
The more of this you can give us up front, the faster a firm number
