Docks Overseas is a fresh produce export house working out of India, run by three partners. We buy at the farm gate, we pack to your spec, and we stay on the line until the container is opened.
Why we exist
Fresh trade fails on the small things.
A pallet that waited on the apron. A set point nobody confirmed. A grade quietly swapped to protect somebody's margin. None of it shows up on the invoice — all of it shows up when the doors open.
We built Docks Overseas around the unglamorous half of this business: knowing the grower, watching the pre-cool, getting the paperwork in before the cut-off, and telling a buyer the truth early enough that they can act on it. Standing at the origin rather than a desk somewhere down the chain means fewer hands on the fruit, and fewer places for the cold chain to quietly break.

Four things we
refuse to shortcut.
Nothing here is exotic. It is simply the list of places where fresh produce trades usually go wrong, and where we have decided to spend the effort.
Unbroken cold chain
Pre-cool, cold store, reefer set point and vent position are decided per line and written on the booking — never assumed at the terminal.
Documents ahead of time
Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, invoice, packing list and any market-specific attestation — prepared before cut-off, not chased after it.
Straight answers
Markets move and vessels slip. You will get the bad news from us early, with what we propose to do about it, rather than silence until arrival.
